  3. Cancellations must be sent to education@henryschein.co.uk at least 14 days prior to the session for a full refund to be made. After this date we regret to say that no refunds can be given, however substitutions are always welcome.
  4. Henry Schein Dental reserves the right to change the session/trainer in cases of illness or other conditions beyond its control.
  5. Dates and venues are also subject to change and you may be contacted by a third party (event organiser) to confirm your booking details.
